Cherry Smoothie
Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade Smoothie

Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup coconut milk
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or another 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen watermelon
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- optional: 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Beetiful Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 small beet, peeled and diced
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
- optional: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- optional: 1/2 avocado
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
