3. WRITE IN A GRATITUDE JOURNAL

4. CALL A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER

5. SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS

6. REMOVE YOURSELF FROM NEGATIVE RELATIONSHIPS

7. LIMIT YOUR TIME ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR REMOVE ACCOUNTS THAT BRING YOUR MOOD DOWN OR CAUSE JEALOUSLY AND COMPARISON

8. BE AUTHENTIC SELF

9. LISTEN

10. BE A GOOD OL’ KIND PERSON

Now people have associated my brand with Good Vibes Only which is not necessarily what we stand for. Although we want to promote good vibes as much as we can, we too understand that that every day or everything is going to promote Good Vibes and that we need to open up space for when things aren’t perfect!
